o প্রথমে চুল ভালোভাবে ভিজিয়ে নিন। 

 o হাতের তালুতে সামান্য শ্যাম্পু নিয়ে মাথার ত্বকে লাগান।

 o আঙুলের ডগা দিয়ে মাথার ত্বকে হালকা করে ম্যাসাজ করুন যাতে ভালোভাবে ফেনা হয় এবং ময়লা দূর হয়।

 o অন্তত ১৫ – ২০ মিনিট পর্যন্ত চুলে লাগিয়ে রাখুন।

 o কুসুম গরম পানি বা ঠান্ডা পানি দিয়ে চুল ভালোভাবে ধুয়ে ফেলুন যেন মাথায় কোনো শ্যাম্পু না থাকে।

 o যদি চুল অতিরিক্ত তেলতেলে বা ময়লাযুক্ত হয়, তাহলে শ্যাম্পু দ্বিতীয়বার ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

 o কন্ডিশনার ব্যবহার করুন (ঐচ্ছিক): শ্যাম্পুর পর চুলের আগায় কন্ডিশনার লাগাতে পারেন যাতে চুল নরম ও মসৃণ থাকে।

 Note : সপ্তাহে ২-৩ দিন শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করাই ভালো, তবে চুলের ধরন অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার কমবেশি হতে পারে। পাশাপাশি রেগুলা ইউজের জন্য একটি মাইল্ড শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করুন।
